Thanks, everyone! Great ideas! I had an out of control Diet Coke habit most of my life (even as a kid!:flushed:) and I kicked it 5 yrs ago when I was pregnant with my first son. I never went back but I miss how it helped with sweet cravings

I like Tazo green tea, I make the iced tea by the pitcher, and also Nuun, which is an electrolyte replacement drink (like Gatorade - but way, way better). It is mild in flavor, with a little bit of carbonation and some flavors have a bit of caffeine. I gave up pop over a year ago, and this is my “replacement”.

I haven't made it in awhile, but I was having overnight oats for breakfast...
1/3 c milk, 1/4 c rolled oats, 1/4 c yogurt, a little honey and cinnamon and then whatever fruit put on top. Lately, I've been having Premier shakes in the morning or making an egg sandwich if I have time.

I love a chocolate brownie mug cake!
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tsbp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup almond milk
Mix it all together, microwave 45 seconds and YUM! I put a little FF cool whip on top with sprinkles...because everything needs sprinkles :)
