I’m fitting into a size smaller and am so excited! DietBet has kept me on track!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have stayed on track and resisted the chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. I have also stepped up my exercising and my goal is 10K steps per day since my foot surgery 4 months ago.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had no idea within the last month how I did weight wise. I had surgery last month and just had my cast removed today! I’m in a walking boot for 10 weeks so need to eat healthy since I can’t exercise. I lost weight since I wasn’t able to get food many times!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not much. Really can do. I actually get exercise in by walking with crutches.
