Prepared and ate food prior to a gathering so that I could politely partake of a very small portion. Made my own low carb biscuit to eat in place of the corn bread.

Prepared for the pizza and cake at church by bringing something else to eat that would stay within the low carb eating and satisfy both hunger and sweet tooth so I could be a part of the fellowship without eating the carbs.

resisted temptations, cooked keto foods, ate before church potluck and brought keto friendly food to potluck

Non-scale victory of the week!

it is funny that it states last week was 189.7. My last weigh-in was 6 or 7 months ago, not last week. I was only briefly at 189. I maintained 194 up to the food fest holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas. My victory this week was cooking and sticking to a meal plan.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercised more. I am slowly getting back to exercising and that will help.

It is my husband’s week to cook so I will only be able to plan portion sizes. Also will increase workouts.

Excellent eating week with new dessert recipes!

Sleep. I did not increase workouts because of physical labor we were doing at farm, but up very late and not enough sleep.

I still want more time on treadmill, but getting 6 hrs of sleep is higher priority.
