  • Meal prep makes eating healthy so much easier. Monday night’s Fixate Oven Fried Chicken became tonight’s Chicken Parmesan.

For Chicken Parmesan, top each piece of leftover oven fried chicken with 2 T spaghetti or marinara sauce, 1 T Parmesan cheese, 1 T mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted. If you count containers, the oven fried chicken is 1 Red 1 Orange and 1 spoon. The toppings for Chicken Parm add 1 blue and 1/2 spoon.
