started walking on the treadmill again!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to figure out why I’m backed up all the time, I feel like it’s impeding my progress.

keeping to the treadmill and getting my steps in everyday as well as some energy intense projects around the house (washing walls seems to be good for my arms). keeping my spirits up, it’s difficult right now.

Everything! In self isolation and not feeling well, so my food choices weren’t great and exercise was basically nothing.

To get myself into a routine. Since I’ve been laid off, I need to keep my self busy and sticking to my eating plan that I had while working is key.
