Non-scale victory of the week!
I spent the entire day at the middle school working on a watershed project with the 8th graders. We hiked. The weather was hot. The trail back to the school was up a big hill. I kept up with the class and was NOT the last adult back to the classroom! Holy cow!!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Overall my attitude and activity levels have improved but I still find myself eating a treat when I know I should resist.

I feel soooo much better when I eat right. No fast food. Better snack choices.
