recovering well from major surgery

Had three very enjoyable celebration dinners with family. Could have avoided bread and dessert.

Continue to recover and get extra sleep every evening. Continue to drink lots of water. Focus on protein, healthy fat and the best types of carbs which include lots of veggies, A modest amount of fruit and high-fiber whole grains such as Ezekiek bread in moderation.
