  • One week from today we will start out next 4 week challenge! This week I am determined to act as if the game already started. It’s nice to have a little break between games but we still need to stay focused.
    My goals this week are:
    Walk during both 10 min breaks at work.
    Gallon of water daily
    Hike at-least 4 days this week
    Incorporate weights before hike or cardio
    All home cooked meals + bring lunch everyday

    Tell me what your goals are this week! Let’s hear them. I’m excited for this next game and seeing what we can all accomplish leading up to game day. While your goal is to lose weight remember the only thing that will get you there are healthy repetitive habits!

I’m SO excited for this game to start. My goals for the week are to get at minimum 20 minutes of some kind of exercise a day (preferably closer to 40-60, but at LEAST 20), try for a gallon of water per day, stick to my WW points target every day, and spend less time on my phone. The last one isn’t exactly related to weight loss, but I’m in school rn and spending WAY too much time on my phone (like now

I could quite easily spend 2 hours pottering in the gym but if I plan and say I’m going to do something I go for it and get it done in 30/40 minutes :muscle:

Hi All. I’m Tammi from the beautiful Oregon Coast! I’ve done DietBet on and off for a couple of years. Mostly off 😂, but with some success when on. Hi I did DietBet back in 2016 and lost because my depression got in the way jump forward to 2019 and I’ve been doing DietBet in and off since and I’ve lost near on 3 stone. Tammi you can do it and we are all here to help and encourage xx

From Montana here. Dietbet keeps me accountable. Took a month off gain a lot. Summer are harder for me with BBQ, and camping I have a few beers and then don’t always make the best food choices. We can do this!
