Feeling more comfortable in my clothing.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a diet and exercise break this week. It was nice to go a little easy, but that doesn't mean I need 4 cookies in a day.

Get back into the swing of it. No meals before 10AM, exercise at least 4 times, drink my water, get enough sleep.
