Tom, thanks for the note on the 7 min workout. I have android and I'll go look if there is a droid version. I started my 30 minute walks nearly 10 years ago and found that by just keeping with it my capacity and stamina grows. In August I hope to complete my fourth marathon. Keep at it! Cheers, -Craig-
