Ate you kidding? I got to eat avocados and full fat dairy and cheese! Keto doesn't even make sense! Also, I've been getting over 7500 steps a day so that seems to be earning me a few more burned calories.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Really struggling with limited vegetables on Keto. Makes me kind of sad I can't eat adults and sweet potatoes, but this is temporary for some serious results.

3/1 marks my 2 week it works Keto challenge, so I'll keep driving hard to get it off and make my healthy wage goal. I somehow dropped two pounds in 24 hours so I'm not sure if it's water weight and I'm going to rebound or it is just the way Keto is working.
