Enjoy going out tonight for drinks. I will also be out with some of my girlfriends enjoying happy hour. Merlot in the texas heat is going to be fun. Our spot for the night is outside but they do have umbrellas.

I just use a portabello mushroom as the base and then add tomatoe sauce, mozza cheese and sometime turkey peperoni and / or other toppings as i feel
i find the mushroom is really flavourful and delish ;;; mmm
