Hi RachelYou asked me for tips as this is your first diet bet :)You will love it, it's great support and you can lose a lot of weight!So I use myfitnesspal to track my calories and stay within 1'200cals on rest days and 1'400cals on working out days.Myfintesspal is free and it really helps a lot and is so easy to use.I work out about five days a week, two times strength training, three times cardio (Volleyball, Badminton, Running,...).Hope that helps you!
