Hi everyone, I'm CJ. Its been a while since my last game. I've lost 100lb+ and won >$1000 with dietbet! Unfortunately, I enjoyed summer a little too much and gained some weight. So it's time to get back on track before the holidays really derail my progress. Let's do this!

First just calorie counting with MFP, then i discovered intermittent fasting which changed my life!

  • Hi everyone! I have lost over 100 pounds and had an abdominoplasty last February. This is one of the best things I have done for me. But after the summer, I have gained back few kg over my smallest weight and got a bit desattached of the gym.... And I don't want to keep this way! So here i am again. We can!
