I’m going to the gym today and tomorrow and possibly thanksgiving morning to give myself that little extra edge bc I don’t want to miss out on something I want on turkey day. Maybe you can go for a long walk a couple times?

Fill up on water. Not much room for anything else and constantly running to the bathroom burns extra calories lol.

I started strong but been slacking the last few days. Feeling overworked and not motivated after my late shifts...the first few managed to keep up exercise and not snack to much( my late shift weakness) but by the end of a long stretch with short staff feeling beat. Any shift workers out there have any tips for staying on track through long stints of off shifts?

i’m gonna be honest, i i gained about 2 lbs this weekend and i’m quite disappointed in myself. i was doing so good. today’s monday and i’ll make sure to stay on track and do my workouts. i’ve been stuck in the 130’s for about 2 months and my goal is 120.

Great post! I was curious as well. I started 3 all at once my first time out but wasn't very committed and lost them all, so congrats to whoever benefitted off me losing lol. I'm focused now. I need that W!

My divorce was finalized today and I would like to jump head first into several pints of ice cream and anything fried I can find with a side of wine. I’m here trying to remind myself I have goals and support to keep me moving and help me avoid emotional eating.
