I did it! I drink water all day since I stopped drinking SODA. It’s hard for to keep track of bcuz I forget to record it. But I put a post it note next to the water cooler and each time I go to refill I put a tally mark for the water I drank before the refill. Works!!

  • Welcome everyone, I'm so happy you're here! My name is Jenn, I'll be your host! Kandice is my sister and co-host.

    I like to do weekly challenges as part of our game, it helps to keep the game more interactive and motivating.(Optional of course)

I'm Sam, SAHM from New Brunswick, Canada. I live on a TINY island so life is definitely different here but my family and I love it! Ive got two boys - four and five and a rescue dog named Riker.

My goal is 100lbs in one year. Guys, I bake. Like seriously, you want strawberry buttercream, fluffy dinner rolls, a chocolate cookie that just melts in your mouth? I can do it..and I can eat it!

Ive switched to non-processed foods, more water and no junk, still bake but send it to work with my husband who is a fisherman so he can burn off a LOT of calories.

I'm incredibly active. On a normal spring or summer day, I'm walking 7-8km but winter hits...and it's cold. I don't wanna go out there!

Thankfully, I have my own house, treadmill and a Netflix subscription along with my four year old who loves doing Zumba and dance videos.
