- How’s everyone doing at the end of Round 1? I started off the month with a loss of a few pounds, but apparently I quickly became complacent because I’ve put them right back on, and I’m feeling more sluggish.
I’m trying to think of ways to get back on track and stay there. This time of year, I love to sip on warm water with lemon throughout the day - I need to break out my electric kettle to make that easier! And I’m thinking about trying to eat the same thing for dinner every day - if I can do that at breakfast, why not dinner too? Lastly, I need to be diligent about filling my plate with veggies at every meal, and making time for daily movement.
