Non-scale victory of the week!

I just had a week off from diet bat and a ton of family and friends and I only went up 2 pounds so I’m proud now it’s time to get real serious and drop the rest this week

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did really good on the walking in the water but homemade ice cream and some Moore’s cake for the grandkids was a downfall

I did a 25 mile bike ride today and can’t believe I am up 5 pounds from water coffee quiche a wrap and pistachios !!
