Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve resisted binge eating all week! I feel like I have control over what I eat and how much.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I don’t know what, besides maybe exercising more. I haven’t lost any weight this week at all and it’s discouraging.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m really enjoying the daily burn videos! I’m having so much fun getting into working out again that I over did it today... couldn’t really give my all today when I worked out. I’ll need a rest day tomorrow and I’m already sad about it! :(
