Non-scale victory of the week!

While walking past the donut kiosk, I noticed they were 2 for 1. I was tempted but the thought, “I don’t eat donuts” was so strong I just kept walking.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Gone to yoga more—at all. I did finish my walking by Saturday and did 3 stretch days.
