Non-scale victory of the week!
I was able to intermittent fast for the first and felt pretty good while doing it! I consumed all of my day’s calories between 12p and 8p. Also drinking lots of water really helped me

I want to take some walks in addition to my exercise. It’s good got my dog to get him some exercise so I will take him along
