Non-scale victory of the week!
Met 3 out of 4 non weight goals 6 days out of 7 - got to the gym 3 times( may not sound like much but it was 1 day a week previously), drank 2 litres of water 6 days, in bed before midnight and did not eat after dinner for 7 days. For now I am concentrating on non weight goalS as well as reasonably healthy eating and moderate portions - lost 4 lbs!
