Congrats!!! What’s your daily routine like? Any tips for a busy working mom?

I follow Katy Hearn’s workouts! It consists of weightlifting 5x a week and cardio 3x a week. I also run after work a couple times a week! I used to go to school full time and work full time, and I’d still show up to the gym around 11 pm! However, if you’re a busy mom, I’d maybe suggest an at home workout like T25! I heard it’s amazing and you definitely get your sweat on in the short time. I also track my macros on my fitness pal!

The first one I won I got my $30 back plus $14 it's not much more than what you put in but enough to pay for the next bet or buy yourself a new shirt.


This is my 2nd bet. First with fatgirlfedup. I won my first bet, I put in $30 and won $41. I dont do it for the money, I do it to stay accountable and it's really puching me. As long as I win I will use the money towards a new bet. After a few wins I might enter 2 at the time. I am so happy I found dietbet. It really motivates me big time.

For those of you tracking calories - do you weigh & measure your food? I found that I was a terrible estimator of portions when I started using a food scale. Especially on calorie dense goodies, like peanut butter! What I thought was 1 tbsp was 2 and that can make all the difference 😳

We are the only species on earth that weighs and measures food. I just don't want to live that way! I am trying to just eat lower carb foods and eat real food instead of processed. It is working for me so far! Good luck girl!
