Non-scale victory of the week!

Fitting into my husband’s sweatshirts!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I keep sacrificing calories from good food so I have calories for sweet things. I’ve gotten better the last couple days, but I’m a little disappointed that I couldn’t resist some temptations!

I would like to continue doing my cardio 5x a week along with my weight lifting! It’s my goal to stay strong with that!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I get discouraged (not with my eating or exercising) but with the idea that I could actually make it to 140. Seems so far away and that I’ll never make it!
