What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I keep sacrificing calories from good food so I have calories for sweet things. I’ve gotten better the last couple days, but I’m a little disappointed that I couldn’t resist some temptations!

I would like to continue doing my cardio 5x a week along with my weight lifting! It’s my goal to stay strong with that!
