I want to eat all things today. I have been tracking today and have been good but damn.

What are your favorite tricks to curb the cravings?

Water, and more water! Plus I cleaned out my fridge and hide all the kids snacks to keep temptation at bay. I also like chewing gum or sucking on a lemon drop to keep my mouth occupied. I'm doing weight watchers, so I don't have specific banned food list. I found that it's helpful when I'm really craving chocolate or something, instead of going out and buying a tub of Ben & Jerry's, I eat a piece of dove dark chocolate and almonds. Giving myself permission to have a small amount of what I'm really really craving helps to nip it in the bud. Though that approach does take the commitment to only have one piece, which can sometimes be harder than avoiding it completely! You'll figure out what works for you- You got this!

    Fall is amazing. I prefer cold weather, not Canada cold- don’t get too carried away, over hot weather. Fall brings the crisp air and vibrant colors for my area. I also love Halloween, football, and campfires- so the cooler weather is just the cherry on top. I am also unashamedly a pumpkin spice anything fan. So basic, I know.

    What is your favorite thing about Autumn? Do you have preferred destinations during fall? Do you get a ‘leaf season’ in your area? What are your go-to fall activities?

Fall means birthdays and leaf seasons. Fall is also my prime hiking season here. I am lucky enough to have the beautiful Grand Mesa here near my home, so there’s no lack of outside activities!

Leaves are starting to change here early this year in SC. Love the smell of wood burning and decorating for Fall, sweatpants, hiking the beautiful trails around the lake and riding to see the spectacular leaves in the Great Smokey Mountains and along the Blue Ridge Parkway.

  • Hey strangers, how we all doing? I’ve been lax for the last 2-3 months. I’ve plateaued but i need to push on. So I need you to keep me accountable and push me to lose some more weight! It’s 31kg or 68lbs this year so far. Just another leap to go. Glad to be home and counting on you all to keep me involved and wanting to reach the goal!

    This group has helped me hit 4% every month for 7 months in a row. All because of their team belief, support and love. If you’re new, believe in these weirdos (they’re literally the best fam you could have) and I’d you’ve been here for a bit (keep trusting, these guys are the guys!)
