Had an amazing day today! Got my favorite workout in early this morning with a latin mix class. And this afternoon I had a job interview and I was hired on the spot! :D I'll start next Monday full-time. So I will have to see how my diet will go when I'll be working again. But I'm excited and I know I'll make it work!

  • Starting my week off right with a yoghurt bowl topped with muesli and red fruit! This is always my favorite breakfast.

Looks yummy. Lately, I've been making a burrito with a scramble egg and crumbled bacon.

When I eat fruit and yogurt, even with granola or cereal for b-fast, I would always get hungry again really fast.

Oh that's unfortunate. But a burrito is also a very delicious breakfast! Just shows that every body is different and you have to do what works best for you! :)

  • Had an amazing day today! The weather was awesome, 19°C/66F and sunny. So I had a long walk as my exercise and the rest of the day I enjoyed the sun in my garden. My diet was also on point.

Hello! So my goal for this dietbet, beside losing the weight, is to really focus on my mindset. This past two weeks I have been practising to have a more relaxed mindset and it has really helped me. I don't have as much cravings as I did before and I am slowly but surely losing some weight! My last temp job stopped and ofcourse because of covid I don't have a lot to do during the day. So I also want to make sure I get my steps in everyday.

What are some of your goals or strategies for this dietbet? Good luck everyone! 😊💪
