Recipe:
1 scoop strawberry protein powder (BB Shakeology)
1 TBS egg white
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix in water to preferred consistency


Garnish:
1/4 diced medium apple
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 TBS salted butter
Pinch of cinnamon

I used a mini dash waffle maker. This is hands down the best breakfast I’ve had since counting my macros two weeks ago, lol.

    Cooked quinoa in better than buillion chicken flavor and water. Sautéed garlic and onions in butter and added in cooked quinoa. Tossed in diced chicken (cooked) fresh broccoli, red bell peppers, carrots and celery last. I skipped breakfast today because I was in a coffee mood so I’m starving. Still learning on balancing my macros for each meal. :)
