Non-scale victory of the week!
Very active and kept to my carb goals. Didn't consume enough fat I don't think, but my progress on keto is encouraging, especially since it's so restrictive.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have planned my macros better, and I could have carved out more gym time.
