Non-scale victory of the week!

the metformin appears to be working! My weight is steadily going down, which is fantastic. I've also been good about going for walks and bringing Justin too!

Add some core strength training.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I talked to my Dr about a low does of metformin to help loose lose weight because of my PCOS making it so difficult. I've hard stuck and even gone up this past month, so it's time to take advantage of the resources that I have available to help.

walked more. Actually hit my step goal rather than calling it at 8k
