it’s going ok - I did yoga today - which I am not good at - it’s weird how yoga is harder than lifting weights or skiing or roller skating

Non-scale victory of the week!

I logged food and worked out I used a snow blower for the first time it’s a lot of work i mended a fence and did other household chores at the weekend house I’m here a week by myself between Christmas and new year’s so staying on track when no one is watching feels good

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did eat out once as I went into the big town almost an hour away and did errands and such but didn’t plan ahead and got cranky and drank a Diet Coke and ate tiny tacos from Jack in the box but I’m not mad I didn’t let it ruin the whole day also I could have slept better being alone I end up staying up watching tv

how the f did I end up here again? i gained back so much weight during covid. I hate this body and I’m so frustrated with myself.

everything - the only good thing is I have decided to start again and I’m so mad at myself for getting back to 200 pounds but I have lost it before so I know I can lose it again

it’s only the forst day for diet bet I started the diet yesterday I was doing good but then thanksgiving week happened I don’t want to weigh 200 again

stick to the calorie count and low carbs and NO SUGAR!!! and keep up with the work outs .work at getting one pull up . so close . work on hangs and grip strength. and lose weight.

Going to volunteer at camp and not eating desert at lunch and dinner.

Work out more. I played with kids at camp but didn’t hit the gym.
