Non-scale victory of the week!

Cut out soda, cut down on carbs, and started going go the gym. I think I lost water weight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Thanksgiving I drank some beers, that probably kept me a little more bloated.

Today my family and I started with a small change at breakfast. We swapped our usual sodas for some flavored water. We are trying for a lifestyle change, rather than just a diet.
