I did 30 days of 100 kettlebell swings. Then continued the habit!

I third the water intake! And then maybe the following month make it 30 days off a gallon a day (that's my optimal amount and it's been pretty wonderful for my body).

I love the monthly challenges like this - fabulous way to stay motivated without redundancy!

Oof... totally failed this month. I struggled with real life and my health took a total back burner. Took a huuuuge step back in progress and now I will practically be starting over.

Thinking about a gym every day challenge in april... hmmmmm

I'm struggling this month to stay on track. I've gone backwards in progress a bit.

I just set up my new bullet journal and made it more fitness oriented. Maybe that will help.

Thanks to the motivation from a 1 month challenge (and finally seeing a doctor and being diagnosed with hypothyroid and getting treatment for it) I aced this one. I'm hoping I can keep it up and my body will cooperate!

I too, have hypothyroidism. I've finally buckled down on actually consistently taking my meds and it has helped tremendously. Congrats! Keep killin it!

Doing my first 3 diet bets together right now! I've struggled to lose weight for years due to PCOS, and years of failure led to an extreme mental block to even try again.

Its time. I'm gonna do this.

This time I'm trying something different - an anti inflammatory and low GI diet, with 5:2 fasting.
