Non-scale victory of the week!

First week of dry January went well! Despite it being my dad’s birthday and my family are big drinkers. Gonna take it one week at a time. Also did meal prep of healthy meals for the week.

Ate well throughout the week. Not as well on the weekend but not terrible either

Maintaining my weight loss. Having initially lost 30 lbs I’ve gained back half in less than a year.
