Non-scale victory of the week!

No binges! I may have slipped up a couple of times, but I didn’t let my mind talk me into “starting over next week” I just made sure my next meal was healthy and in check!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Once again, meal prep. I started off great at the beginning of the week but by the end I was scrambling, sometimes not having any time to prep!

Resisting all of the food I usually cave into: pizza, cake, pasta, donuts, ice cream

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My eating habits. I love to work out & hit the gym, but I am a big sugar fiend, and that seems to hold me back. My mentality is another factor. If I slip up one meal, my mind wants to say “just start fresh tomorrow”.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Get my workouts in and focus on mindful eating. I’ve cut out candy (my biggest weakness) and hope to find better ways to satisfy my sweet tooth. Big focus this week is protein, veggies, and fruit.
