  • My go-to dinner when I don't have to cook for anyone else. 320 calories, 19.4g of protein, very filling and yummy. About 3c salad mix, 2tbsp yogurt based blue cheese dressing, 1 serving air fried and chopped chicken nuggets (these ones are gluten free), diced carrots, with 1tbsp walnut and dried cranberry salad mix-in. I always eat it in a mixing bowl because I find a regular bowl too small!

Chris same! I'll still have an occasional chai or steamer, but had to quit drinking alcohol completely. Way too many calories.

Counting calories helps me stay on track and in a deficit. I also try to walk more. Hopefully that can help me want to start exercising more regularly too. And I’ve been doing some intermitting fasting. And drinking more water.
