What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely waited until Monday to “start fresh”! I just have to get back in the mindset of healthy living. I took a week break rather than a day LOL. But I will say o didn’t gain much!

more cardio workouts!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could’ve cooked more at home. With vet school interviews this week and next, I ended up eating out, even though it was healthier options.

I did fit into old clothes!

I could have actually tried like I have been. I went way under my goal for the month and let myself slack off due to veterinary school interviews coming up. now I have to grind to loose that extra 1.4lb I gained back.

fo this upcoming week, I plan to meal prep, go to the gym, take my dogs in long walks, as sleep at least 8 hours. No more allowing myself to eat whatever I want or to choose bad foods on dates!
