A drank 100 ounces of water a day. I maintained my low carb meals.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goal is to stay focused and add intermittent fasting. I feel as though I should have lost weight but I plan on not being discouraged. I know this weight should come off by the end of this 10 days. Its got to be some water. I have been at this weight for over 2 weeks. I am not giving up!!!!!!
