Non-scale victory of the week!
I'm doing really well with my nutrition and have spent the last 3 out of 4 days walking 11 miles, or more. I've been building lean muscle, and moving, and am really excited to get back to working out! It's great to be back on dietbet with the fatty family! I definitely need a little extra support right now, and am excited to feel like I'm not the only person in this boat... My fitness pal is really helping motivate me to eat well and log everything! Watching the numbers on the scale go down is also a huge motivator!
