Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm doing really well with my nutrition and have spent the last 3 out of 4 days walking 11 miles, or more. I've been building lean muscle, and moving, and am really excited to get back to working out! It's great to be back on dietbet with the fatty family! I definitely need a little extra support right now, and am excited to feel like I'm not the only person in this boat... My fitness pal is really helping motivate me to eat well and log everything! Watching the numbers on the scale go down is also a huge motivator!

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I have an addiction to sugar and white flour. I find when I stay away from those things and eat clean, it's easier for me to avoid cravings. On the weekends I trip myself up by eating pizza or burgers with my kids, then I'm craving junk again. I just need to keep pushing. I've been losing weight on my own by using lose it and runbet, so I came back to my fatty family. I'm hoping this time I can keep my money...
