My husband and I are using Hello Fresh to help us. It's only enough food for one meal. Seems to be working so far. We only buy 3 meals a week. Then we try to keep our meals reasonable servings, hard.

We use a cheaper version of hello fresh called every plate. I agree that it is nice to have proportioned servings

I find for myself keeping up on the weekly weigh in is a huge benefit for keeping on track. Even if the dial does not move still good to track it. But yes victory some movement in the first week!
