Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisting the candy bowl and snacks at work for most of the days , worked out a few times more than usual, joined a new gym where they have a kids club so I can bring my son and he gets his own trainer!

Drink less beer and wine , and workout a little more, also resist snacks every day instead of most
