Non-scale victory of the week!

Continued with what I’ve been doing! Back to Jiu jitsu. Tried intermittent fasting.

Not much. I’m pretty happy with how I did.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Two big victories: I went back to Jiu Jitsu for the first time in a while AND my pants are starting to fall down.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have quit keto treats sooner, but I’m happy with my progress this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got back on track after falling off the wagon.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was really depressed for a few days and fell off the wagon with keto, and ate a bunch of chips and a batch of cookie dough. I wish I hadn’t. Also, Jiu-Jitsu got cancelled so I had another week with basically no exercise. Bad week overall. I could have done almost everything better. But I am back to it, so that’s good.

Move away from keto treats, toward a meat and vegetables diet. Go back to Jiu-Jitsu.

Non-scale victory of the week!

My Apple Watch fits better on a second largest spot instead of the largest spot! I also went to Jiu Jitsu twice and ate pretty perfectly.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not much. I could have also got to Jiu Jitsu on Monday. I only went Wednesday and Friday. I also had a bunch of keto treats, and although I don’t gain weight from eating them I still think they’re not an ideal addition to my diet.

Keep on keeping on! Hopefully not get sick. My daughter is quite sick this weekend and I don’t want what she has. Sleep may be the key to avoiding it.

I went to Jiu Jitsu all three times that I had planned to go, and I didn’t eat any sugar!

My sleep was really bad this week.

I want to continue going to Jiu Jitsu and eat a keto-ish diet, but I hope to do more meal planning and get more sleep.

Quitting junk food. AND, sticking with it last night, when I felt like eating sugar because I was depressed.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate very badly on vacation. It would have been nice if my sister and helped each other stay on track instead of derailing each other.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Now that I am finally eating perfectly, I want to stay on track with that. Stick with my meal plan. Continue with basically no carbs. I would also like to attend BJJ on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. I’d like to be in bed by 10 pm.

I want to use sugar as a way of coping with emotions and that doesn’t help me reach my long-term weight loss goals.

Switch back to keto-ish eating instead of eating only KitKats and cookies. Start walking around the lake again; I would feel good if I got out to do that even a couple times this week.
