Quitting junk food. AND, sticking with it last night, when I felt like eating sugar because I was depressed.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I ate very badly on vacation. It would have been nice if my sister and helped each other stay on track instead of derailing each other.

Now that I am finally eating perfectly, I want to stay on track with that. Stick with my meal plan. Continue with basically no carbs. I would also like to attend BJJ on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. I’d like to be in bed by 10 pm.
