  • Did my run early today and my legs were in so much pain from pushing hard this week and all the squats I incorporated into my workout after my runs. Had to stop and walk more than usual but I got it in. Going in the pool with my boys to try to loosen up. Picture to prove I got my sweat in 😂

    What do you guys do to help with muscle soreness?
