I really do love these set goals. I tend to make a goal for myself but become too relaxed about it. When I started last month I thought I'd definitely make my goal, then I thought I definitely wouldn't make my goal. Then last minute I thought I would haha! I just squeaked by and made it! Next months goal I a number I havent seen in over a year. I CAN do it. But to hit that I really gotta focus. Congrats to everyone that hit their goal and congrats to everyone WORKING towards a goal! That. Is. Half. The. Battle!

Congrats on your persistence in hitting this month's goal! You can definitely do this!! Just think how good it will feel to get back to that lower weight you haven't seen in a while!!!

I'm getting tired of meal prep and cooking. I just want to heat and go. Anybody use any of the meal delivery services? Thoughts?

I do hello fresh sometimes. It's more calorific than I'd like, honestly, and a lot of their meals boil down to being a lot of carbs and too much fat. Tbh, lean cuisines are good, especially with slight edits? I like getting some of the southwest style ones (enchiladas or something like that) and having it with fresh salsa and some shredded lettuce.
