What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to focus more on calories I eat. Seems no matter how healthy I try to eat lately, I seem to add extra water weight. Gonna focus on mostly fruits and veggies this week and see what happens!

I can always do better eating. I fail the most at healthy eating. I love fruits and veggies but don't always have them on hand.

This is my last week of Liift 4. I will be leaving for vacation on Thursday to Disney. I will be focusing on exercise and healthy eating until the weekend for sure and then try to make the healthiest of choices while vacationing.

I eat pretty good but I am sure I could eat better. I am bad at eating often.
