Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisted various foods and stuck to my 7 day detox meal plan for the entire 7 days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

When my detox ended, I ate extremely poorly and skipped two days of workouts and step goals.

Non-scale victory of the week!

No cheating, able to turn down lots of temptations due to no cravings on keto - also stayed off the scale ALL month so I wouldn’t lose motivation (8lbs down on keto!)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

A bit less protein in my diet / slightly lower calorie intake

Non-scale victory of the week!

Made a fast food meal healthier by skipping the sugary drink and carb filled side and getting the burger lettuce wrapped instead of a bun.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nutrition could have been more on point. I started to treat myself before my weigh in due to starting keto tomorrow. Regardless of upcoming restrictions, I should have limited my cheats for the sake of my body.

Completed a workout that 4 years ago I turned off every single time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ate crappy food all weekend. I managers to ditch my bloat from it and go down 4 lbs but today it came back.
