Non-scale victory of the week!

so far I have been eating alot less processed food and more greens. I still don't get enough sleep but I'm working on it. I've upped my core workouts and remembered to actually rest on rest days haha. Still have a little more work to do.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I actually completed alot of what I wrote last week!! I got rid of unneeded items, shredded papers, worked weekends and still managed to workout 5x a week!

I could have eaten better! j did not eat enough. instead I nibbled on foods
