I am a sugar addict! I have lost 30 lbs but have not kicked my sugar/junk food habit. My slacking off has resulted in a 10lbs weight gain, and I'm kind of ashamed I let that happen. I'm hoping to get back into a healthier way of eating :)

Hello! I'm kind of in the same boat as you. I lost about 30 pounds at the beginning of this year and I have gain back 18 of those pounds. I have a crazy sweet tooth too. Good luck and happy slim down :)

Hi! I've also lost a lot of weight and then just stopped working out, gained some of the weight back and now I'm so mad at myself for letting it slip. It's good that we're back on track though, I know we can do it! Fingers crossed and good luck for the next 4 weeks :)
