What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This was a tough month. Up & down. Worked a lot & therforey to tired to exercise much. Exercise is the key for me.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Easter dinner was a challenge ! Success for me was moderation! I ate everything I wanted even if it was just a bite.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise was & is my downfall. The weather was too cold to be outside & I am not very energetic inside. Missing my swimming at the Fitness Center... Hope our state will be out of lockdown soon!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Still have 1 week till round 2 weigh in... thank goodness !Struggling w/exercise. Have got to find something that works for me .Swimming was my outlet but Coronavirus has put a stop to that! Can’t wait for the pool to open back up!

got furloughed @ work. Timeline is 2 weeks but realistically probably 4 weeks . Hoping this could be a positive not a negative for my diet. My work schedule is so crazy & hetic I frequently eat out of exhaustion. Perhaps time at home and planning meals can be a good thing!

Non-scale victory of the week!

worked a lot of overtime & missed the weigh in deadline but my weight loss still makes me feel like a winner. The hardest part was making the commitment .
