Non-scale victory of the week!

Continuing with IF from 6:30/7PM-9:30AM. Really happy with going to bed around 9PM with not eating late at night.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise. Work was rough, lots of snow days and stuck at a desk. I want to get up and move more.
