Non-scale victory of the week!
Probably loosing weight from the stress of moving but we are eating well when time allows. Even made a batch of cabbage soup in the Crock-Pot for us to recover from a week of eating out.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Not much really. Maybe stocking up on easy healthy snacks but that can take time!

Get moved into the new house and set fridge up with healthy snacks and home cooked meals (including moving over the items needed to cook)
