Non-scale victory of the week!

Probably loosing weight from the stress of moving but we are eating well when time allows. Even made a batch of cabbage soup in the Crock-Pot for us to recover from a week of eating out.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not much really. Maybe stocking up on easy healthy snacks but that can take time!

Get moved into the new house and set fridge up with healthy snacks and home cooked meals (including moving over the items needed to cook)

Non-scale victory of the week!

Skipped snacking by not buying new groceries this week. Ate what I wanted when we went out but happy with this weeks results with all the stress of moving.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Before every diet bet I used to eat as much as I can so I don't feel deprived. All my cravings! This time I just didn't want as much bad stuff. My body is changing what it craves!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish I didn't need cheat days and could be consistent between challenges so hopefully that improves.

Don't really have any, thought I was doing okay and maintaining my last DB weight loss somewhat but pretty much gained most of it back in two weeks.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I guess everything!!! We we're traveling so we ate out a lot. Hopefully some of the weight is just sodium based?

I actually fought my cravings and said no to eating out and treats people offered me and the scale is moving! Intermittent fasting is very hard for me but I am so excited about possibly winning my first diet bet after I failed the first one.

Eating less junk food and able to intermittent fast and started drinking Kombucha
