Started another semester of school. 4.0 for last semester.

I did a 9 mile hike to Pyramid Peak on the Pacific Crest Trail and felt great the whole time.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The stress of finding time to work, go to school, and get to the gym. Plus getting sick or injured and getting set back like so many times before.
