I was able to wear a pair of jeans that I have not been able yo fit in for about 4 years, woohoooooo??

I was very satisfy with this week, I workout really hard and really kicked it on the diet.

I was going to skip the gym but then I saw a post from one of my friends that made me feel guilty and I did end up going tk the gym and felt amazing

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not eating that much last night, I did go a little overboard and today I am not feeling ok. My stomach is so bloated and I dont feel like eating anything.
